Iâm thinking a Mediterranean pasta salad - cherry tomato, olives, roasted marinated capsicums, olive oil vinegarette, basil leaves, shaved Parmesan. My most made salads are green salad, potato salad, grain salad, pumpkin salad, coleslaw, Greek salad, or rocket and pear, depending on the season and my mood.
