    Hmm, that’s weird. Are you on a semi-recent version of LibreOffice? I believe, it got shipped with version 6.0.

    And just to be sure, you are checking here, right?:

    Menu Bar → View → User Interface…

        Do you just not have the “User Interface…” menu entry?
