orbituary@lemmy.dbzer0.com 11 hours agoIf you have a Viet restaurant that serves things other than phó and noodles, check out a dish called “Bánh mì bo kho” - it’s a spicy beef curry dish, chunks of meat, onions, potatoes and broth that comes with the bánh mì baguette to dip.

That sounds fantastic. I checked our usual suspects but none have that on the menu. Not surprised, because if I had seen it I definitely would have ordered it by now.
