Kind of considering trying to find the recipe for those Italian lemon cookies I made in home ec decades ago. But they were a traditional recipe that used lard⌠I donât know if shops still sell lard. Or if they would sit well with me.
Plus Iâd have to shop. And clean the kitchen before and after.

You can definitely still buy lard.
Cookies are the sort of thing you can make a bit at a time, you donât have to do everything in one go. So you could write an ingredients list for when you have the energy to shop next, then when you have the ingredients you can measure out an ingredient or two at a time when you have the energy, then mix the dough and put it in the fridge until you have the energy to shape it etc.
