  They have training and are doing exactly what they are trained to do. The pig who shot the woman was a firearms trainer himself. It is propaganda that ice or cops need more training, this is just a way to justify increased spending to their departments. No money for ice, abolish ice!

    This is partially correct. This dude in particular is trained and a combat vet, if he gets to court, they’ll crucify his ass. New recruits are not trained well at all, and it’s documented.

    I do, and that is exactly what I mean. They have admitted that an enormous amount of new recruits can’t even pass a literacy test.
