I completely get the climate change anxiety.
We’re now kinda in the find out stage of fucking around, and the first climate refugees are starting to arrive. Plus I do not handle heat well at the best of times

Thanks - I have lovely reddish lights but am regretting that now. Have upped the computer screen brightness. I also have a great app called myNoise that does awesome selection of nature and coloured / ambient noise. I will check out your suggestions. Hope you and melbcat are faring ok.

I work with environmental stuffs and yeah, I’ve not been ok about it for a long time. I grew up with floods and cyclones and that was always exciting when i was young but now …ooof. Hard to deal with the grief in summer, that’s all.
