  are you lactose intolerant? I’ve snacked on a block of parmesan before and I didn’t have that issue

    There’s basically no lactose in properly aged cheese. Too much of it will do a number on your guts regardless.

    Well… Personally, I am. I’ve snacked on a block of Parmesan and it’s not a good post-experience.

    Still, I’m pretty sure I’ll do it again.
