You very definitely didn’t miss out on the only opportunity, although I know it can feel like that at the time. When I’m having those type of thoughts I remind myself that I didn’t know about the thing until I knew about it, so therefore I don’t know what great things may come along in the future, that I don’t know about yet (if that makes sense?).

I also did the call centre thing in the past for way too many years, so I get where you’re coming from with that. Was a necessary means to an end at the time (needed $). I did further study and got out of there, and now have a much better job in a different field. Just keep chipping away and I’m sure you’ll get there, too. You got this!!
