  I had a basket of repairs. Looked at all the items carefully. I never missed them, don’t need them, the op shops are full to bursting with items of clothing, so I chucked them in the bin.

  That was a tiny little burden off my mind. Every little bit helps.

      I stressed about waste too

      then thought about how stress is wasting my health and repairs of near worthless clothes are a waste of my time
