Yeah, I think it’s a great opportunity for growth. Not only in terms of medical knowledge or financially, but as a person too. There are a lot of trainees in the hospital who could benefit from my experience. Plus, it’s a good mix of both young, eager and mature, experienced colleagues. Ideally a Win-win situation for everyone.
