Vertebrates have phenotypical and behavioral characteristics, “judging”, i.e. classifying as desired and undesired, is the primordial characteristic of our branch of life.
You’re not a victim of your nature and neither should the people around you be. You have agency over your actions.
You decided to post your shitty, judgemental thoughts. When, instead, you could have had those thoughts; internally recognized that perhaps they are incredibly shitty and judgemental; then decided against posting those thoughts.
