it’s amazing we have lasted as long as a species, when you learn about all the basic shit that kills us early like low air quality/bad sleep etc.
open some goddamn windows and get a fan yall, and if you snore get a sleep study done…if you feel tired and miserable all day everyday it could very well be because your essentially starving your brain of oxygen for half your waking hours.
