Reisen@sh.itjust.works 1 month agoidk if you meant that but electrocauterization is still a thing that’s done routinely by modern physicians (and still fucking hurts). you can’t close up all blood vessels easily with other methods.

Never heard of that tbh, I would expect that they just seal the wound with plaster or something lmao. I won’t doubt it tho, medicine is wild.

Electrocautery pens are still used when you get a growth/mole removed. I’ve had it done
