I’ve not been in Australia for some time. But I cannot express to the rest of the world enough how much Australians hate her. She’s a running joke to the nation.

Wearing a burka there is as dangerous as wearing a top hat. People will look, of course, but no one gives a shit. Some people will want to know how you’re doing that with the heat, and may even straight up ask, but in a friendly manner. But if a person gives you shit for it, watch every stranger around you decemd on that person like white blood cells protecting the nation’s culture from a toxin.

That country is a melting pot of so many nations and cultures and true Australian pride nurtures that identity.
