It does. A US Senator is a representative of the entire state with influence over federal law and federal executive branch appointees with influence on the national military. A state Senator has none of that influence. Would you consider a regional office manger’s opinion to carry the same weight as that of a board member?

It doesn’t change the message of the man in the video though. He didn’t say it wrong. He just calls him senator over and over. The video message is unchanged, dispite user incorrect headline.
