So they’re getting paid to do nothing after burning all the company’s social capital. Unity have a very strange board.

Nothing strange about making sure the billionaire club executive who made decisions that are as good as could be expected from the billionaire club executive gets well looked after until he can find another job to continue being well looked after at.
That’s the system working as intended.
