gandalf_der_12te@discuss.tchncs.de 1 day agoTBF accounts coming from “Nigeria” and “Bangladesh” are probably not actually foreigners sitting there and writing english messages on social media one-by-one. It’s either bots behind VPNs, or people behind VPNs.

Twitter flags if you’re behind a VPN with an exclamation. I mean yeah it might be possible for some VPNs to stealth around that but not all of them can do it successfully.
