@Hyolobrika @ResidentEvil @realcaseyrollins Personally I don't want to implement anything for other people. I do think in an ideal world people would be able to have these discussions with people who are close to them instead of randos on reddit. I don't think any theoretical solution I could come up with would work with the world as it currently is. Perhaps the main "pause" is just better defining adulthood. I would say these issues should be handled within a community and not on the world stage. Sometimes that may mean people in one community are treated poorly and in another they are allowed to flourish however they see fit, but I don't believe a one size fits all solution works all that often.
