    If you think that the FEDERAL shutdown was a major issue for the Mayor of New York City (who had been leading in the polls for months) and the governorship of New Jersey and Virginia (where the polls had also been clear since before the shutdown), you’re out of your gourd.

    Or bullshitting in bad faith, as per usual.

      If you think that the FEDERAL shutdown was a major issue for the Mayor of New York City (who had been leading in the polls for months) and the governorship of New Jersey and Virginia (where the polls had also been clear since before the shutdown), you’re out of your gourd.

      If you think that the voters didn’t respond well to a party that was finally pretending to start stand up for them, you have no idea how branding works. Well, at least they capitulated like they do on everything but genocide support, so healthcare subsidies are going away. So it’s a win for you.
