If cars were supposed to be clean they’d come with a bin.

I’ve legit never seen one in a car unless you’re referring to the cup holders.

They are seperate from the cup holders usually in a drawer. I have seen this in a mazda mpv, opel signum, opel astra J, ford galaxy and so on.

Very few things “come with” a bin. Houses don’t. You generally have to buy one.
