orochi02@feddit.org 1 week agoHonestly let the hate come on but I tried it once and I was really surprised how popular it is Here on lemmy because when I tried it out (ok to be fair I only gave it a few minutes) it felt janky and unpolished. I See the potential but voxelibre did not feel like a good Mc Alternative.
It is free, yes but its supposed to be mature and even back then when minecraft was a Hobby project it didnt feel that bad 💀
Did I have to install extra mods? I think the UI and UX really just didnt Click for me as I was spoiled from minecraft

I can’t be bothered to mess with all the Microsoft stuff to install Minecraft these days so I just play Luanti to scratch that itch, it’s polished enough for me but my usage is very basic.

I just build stuff in vanilla solo creative mode yes haha
