Allowing yourself to shake.
Dipping or splashing your face with cold water for the diving reflex.
Thereās deep abdominal breathing.
Or even holding your breath until it subsides (something about carbon dioxide balance in your bloodstream)

Thanks. Saved that list to use when I need to pick something in a hurry again. I get panic attacks really rarely. I am trying a few old trick right now and will get to the doctor if I canāt get through this patch.
