Do a tiny bit of each, the pointless feeling is the resistance. 3 x 10 push ups against the kitchen counter and squats sitting into a chair. Do the dishes. Draw a bird or some faces or a scene for a few minutes. If you don’t have a lot of energy, aim to only spend a little lest your cup run empty.
