Comment on We don't use the word 'fascist' because we wish harm on anybody. We use it because words mean things.

Nah dawg, I am. Just as much as I blame them, for you.

Words do have meanings, thats why we use them. But they dont address every issue. Like hollywood, and social media morons claiming that not liking the latest star wars tv show, is racism and sexism. Its not that they were badly written, or badly acted, or anything else. No, it was sexism and racism. It wasnt, but now the damage is done, and sexism and racism are now just what people say when you dont like something that stars a black gay woman, and no one takes it seriously anymore.

Overuse breeds cynicism and indifference, the very conditions in which authoritarianism thrives unnoticed. You claim fascism for every little thing that you dont agree with, and if/when real fascism comes along, no one is going to take it seriously when you sound the alarm, because you watered it the fuck down. You all spend your days, abusing the ever living fuck out of popular buzzwords, in the vain hope of getting worthless internet points because you said popular thing. And you never once consider the damage that you might have done, or continue to do.

“Im so depressed” Something people used to say constantly when they were feeling a bit down, or bored. And what happened? People who were actually depressed were dismissed as being “dramatic”. Now everyone in the fucking world is claiming to be queer, or neurodivergent, or whatever other popular thing is out there. And its watered it all down and the people who are actually queer, who are actually neurodivergent, are harmed by its over use. They get dismissed as saying popular thing for upvotes and likes. That is actually HARM done by YOU, and people like you. Because you cant have a single original thought of your own, and can only copy and paste whatever other dog shit someone else said first that got likes and up arrows.

Stop being a fucking sheep.
