Can’t really be cap circumvention since the salary hits the cap.
They‘re just giving end of bench spots to his brothers to make him happy. Maybe a bit of nepotism but like the 15th roster guy isn’t getting playing time either way so if having his brothers there helps him in any way (performance wise or staying in MKE) it’s a win.
