As for this particular interview, I don't see the answer as an admission to anything nefarious. I would expect every crypto platform to boast about being helpful to Ukraine. The way he says it, I can interpret it as him talking about exchanging crypto donations into fiat.

It is an interesting and plausible proposition, but without some hard evidence (not circumstancial, like FTX donating to the democrats), it would be difficult to see some real accountability.
