Mod/admin actions are typically per comment/post, except for the most egregious issues which can result in actions taken against user accounts.

I just reported two that I could remember from your instance.
I also made this list yesterday. The whole thread is actually all about the user in question, so I think there’s some other posts by others that might showcase their character better.
