Even so, the idea remains intriguing enough for the veteran designer to keep sketching — and for Sussman to remain hopeful that the new Skydance team at Paramount will want to revisit Star Trek: United. “I think Scott said it best at the [Las Vegas] convention, right?” he noted. “Who knows what will happen?”
