Bluefruit@lemmy.world 6 days agoAs someone who also has ADHD, definitely agree. Lists are a good way to get things out of your head where its jumbled unto a format that your brain actually can use and process with less noise.
On my meds I can keep things together a lot better, but lists are still something I use all the time.
