Interesting take. I think difficulty wise, you're probably right. I don't have a whole lot of experience with the Ninja Gaiden series, but I know they're notoriously difficult. The reason I wasn't really into it was because of the way it controlled. Locked attack directions, enemy movements, etc. Everything about the movement felt very old school to me, and I just wasn't into it. ¯(ツ)/¯
