I specifically have an account that does not let you overdraft it. If the transaction would go even 1 cent over what’s in there, it denies it.

That helps. The problem is if you have a transaction like fuel in the United States. Here, the fuel transactions are approved at $1, then the actual transaction can post and preempt smaller transactions

  This made me realize I’ve actually not used this account to get gas before. 🤔 It might just not accept it at the pump and give me the “pay inside” error.
