Iâve cut down on bread, cigarettes, cappuccinos. Snacking is non existing except for fruit, nuts and cheese on the rare occasion. Sleep, energy and motivation is excellent. I feel on top of the world and Iâve lost a couple of kgs.đ

I canât cut down on ciggies or cappuccinos as I donât have them, but I do have bread and I do have 2 oat milk coffees a day. I snack too much. My vertigo hasnât come back since I did special exercises a few years ago. Sleep is shot. Motivation is very very strong but Iâm tired, am fighting depressive states and the zeitgeist.

I DONâT HAVE THAT PROBLEM TO GIVE UP! Turns out it was bread making me feel shit.
