I have finally located my sandwich press, and a few other odds and ends I’ve been looking for (including the cat food, Miss Meow will be pleased). I think the list of things I’m still looking for now only contains my vacuum food sealer and a bottle of oil. And I’m wondering if I imagined the bottle of oil and had actually used it all and forgotten.

I think a celebratory parmigiana for dinner might be in order.
