So does a fucking lawn. Actually, imo, lawns are worse. It’s a perfect representation of the toxicity of the “American dream”. It’s an unnatural landscape that’s inhospitable to life, sort of like the concrete, but it gets some weird psychological pass because it’s green. It’s shit either way.

Talking about “he ripped out the rose garden” is just more sensationalism horseshit when the roses are right there, just fuckin dandy. He tore out a lawn that was equally as shit.
