  Oh, nothing special really. I got up from the couch, and something it my back just decided to spasm and a second later I couldn’t even get up anymore. The dumbest fucking thing.

  Lucky for me, there was an English speaking doctor on call in the clinic across the street, and she gave be a shot of pain killers and some prescription muscle relaxer and with that I managed to sleep and even survive a 6 hour flight without too much pain.

      Totally. I blame myself, though. I went from doing some sort of sports daily to maybe once a week when Djunior was born about 5 years ago, and the bill is coming due. I just don’t have the muscles I used to have anymore, and I’m not acting accordingly. 🤷‍♂️
