    Governments will never understand that resorting to extralegal measures in order to obtain what it is you want and need is due to difficulty in being able to procure it through legal channels

      Capitalism accepts it, thats why they lobby for governments to be more aggressive on piracy. When governments should just give the corporations the middle finger.
