Some of the internet is going to be real strange in 50+ years when long since dead people are immortalized in one off pictures or videos.
Surely this is already the case, yeah? Are there any mainstream memes where the person involved isnt around anymore?
I think, based in your “one off” note we can disregard famous people such as Mr. Mangione (RIP 😔).
I’m not a meme expert so i can’t think of any atm.
