  allergic to milk, not a serious allergy but bad enough to limit intake

  so last night’s cottage pie had no milk products, made with olive oil margarine, no milk in the mashed potato and no cheese on top

  it was still delicious

      maybe one cheese toasty a week

      but worse, I have to think about all the products I buy that may have milk

      chocolate, cookies, bread, cakes,

      and think of replacement in dishes like quiches
