Donator status does offer perks beneficial to game play. Its 5$ a month. But not p2w in the sense of that the more money you sink in, the easier it is to advance.

Pay to win?
There is a subscription system I think. Gives a bigger energy pool, higher energy regeneration and I think it also gives points. It can be bought with game money as well, I think.
Haven’t looked into it myself.
