meldrik@lemmy.wtf 6 days agoHow’s your setup? I have also been running GW2 on Linux perfectly, but when I recently got back into the game, it has felt like performance has taken a pretty big hit. I’m using the same machine.

I didn’t really fiddle with any settings to make ot work, I just used protontricks to install a few font packages that were missing. I’m running from a steam install useng the -providerportal flag. That said some of the newest maps have terrible performance compared to the rest of the game.
