But it still wouldn’t matter because the compensation is still per hour, so you work more you make more. Women wa t the same compensation per hour, not more compensation for the same amount of work.
Your anger is exactly what women feel. Why do men get more for the same amount of work?

They don't. When you control for career choice and hours worked the pay gap disappears.
