Doctors and serial killers both cut people, but they’re clearly not the same, are they?
‘they have to be exterminated because they refuse to join or advance society’ reads exactly like what Nazi would say when pressed on why killing whomever is ok so thank you for taking my side.

Where is it a false equivalence? Calling for the extermination of people sounds not like a false equivalence. I am not even arguing against violence or even killing Nazis if you have save a life. We are talking about executing someone you have in your power.
Your comparison sucks. If the Doctor kills people without need he would soon be in that second category.

I am lucky that the U.S., back in WWII, did not exterminate every german citizen and even soldier for being a nazi but i guess you would have welcomed that.
The intent of fighting Nazis is to take away any power they might hold and to prevent them from doing hateful shit. Prison should be fine even for the worst of them.
