Best I found was a Discord server called “dads gaming”. Rather than whiny youngsters, you get middle aged med who have little time for gaming, so they play casually and are happy to play with others who are also mediocre. I haven’t used this for ages though.

I don’t have invite permissions for the group I’m talking about and I found the channel on Reddit (back in the days when I used to be on there).
