Depends on what you do on the laptop. If you only use it while you are awake and have a big enough battery capacity, it should be possible. This is a 90W panel, combine it with a 200Wh portable battery bank and you should never run out of power if all you are doing is light on compute.

Yeah a foldable solar panel with a battery bank would be much more lightweight and easier to maintain too.

Have you tried it/know someone who has? I’m always weary of wattage on solar panels as there is so much marketing inflation and bs.
