I’m typically very idle and upset by noise and fidgeting so other autistic people make me want to explode like you’re putting too much nuclear material together and making it reach critical mass.

I’m both like you and a fidgeter myself. It sucks. I do try to fidget subtlely- I like rubbing my fingernails with the thumb of the same hand.

  I just put my piano fingers in my pockets while I’m walking around. I think it looks sophisticated.
