I’m going through an involuntary gaming “detox” due to hardware issues, and I’ve found myself with the time and motivation to resume some personal projects I had abandoned alltogether; that kinda gave me a reality check that perhaps I’m taking away a little too much time to other hobbies and interests. I’m glad that you are taking back control of your time, and hopefully you can come back to games with a healthier perspective later. :)
