yay, I have finished the painting. Now just to do to two more drawer liners, buff the paint with some brown paper to get the sheen patterns off and then tidy up. 😊

fuck, that was not an easy job, I first spent a week cleaning 70 years of yellow gunk from smoke from all the furniture, sanded everything, then had to do four coats to cover the white enamel. I also repainted the brass drawer handles in a silver gold paint . It might take a month for all the paint to fully cure.

I have wrecked two pairs of jeans with paint and my new slippers, luckily they were old jeans and cheap slips.

My new desk is huge but then I remembered I got it to do art work on , for big pieces of paper, so that’s cool. Think I’ll repolish it before I use it. 😊
