Twitter is the most vulnerable and the fediverse is making good strides eating up it's users. Really both gab and truth social are forks so they count in that. For active users I actually believe we are already at a half way point in destroying twitter. It just has the celebs. And they have been posting less and less.

Youtube is probably technically the most difficult to compete with but it's also the easiest to migrate off of. Most people are not deeply invested in their youtube account. They just go there to watch vids. Their subscription list is the only valuable thing. I use invidious running locally for that so I don't contribute to youtube. I actually do have a channel with a couple hundred subscribers I may grow just so I can direct them away from youtube.

Facebook

This one is extremely vulnerable. Young people have already migrated away. 20 year olds don't use it. Facebook knows this and is trying to diversify.

Instagram

I really liked this one and was only using it instead of facebook. Facebook bought it and I kept using it for a while. These days I don't post anything at all. Facebook fact checks all my funny memes and it's lame. I keep if for some language learning stuff.

The fediverse has a solid alternative but it's written in php, it's hard to install, it's bandwidth hungry

TikTok

They own this market. And I don't see any competitor coming anytime soon. Vine had the chance and ruined it.

You forgot to mention linked in. That would might get eaten up by git tea once federation is working well. Atleast for developers.

Someone should attempt a open source alternative.
