tryagain@lemmy.ml 2 weeks agoCame here to say this. I know the rest of the replies here are the perils of late stage capitalism and a growing feeling of hopelessness but god fucking damn it people need to know how good air-reheated fries are! We gotta take the wins where we can.

I find they’re often still not as good as they were, but you can get closer by brushing them with a bit of oil (I like to use avocado oil) before air frying, and re-salting before or after they’ve been reheated. Especially if you use a good garlic salt.
Damn, now I want potatoes.
