It's based on a pseudonym Joe used, "Peter Henderson" from Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan series. In those books, Peter Henderson is a Soviet/Russian spy who gets found out by the CIA and started working as a double agent.

When I saw the initial leak and downloaded it, I thought Pedo Pete in the contact meant Hunter himself, because he writes like a retard...
